No Frame Art & Education
Authentic Creative Process Stemmed From the U.K Art Education.
If you are an International Student in Creative Fields
What tutors, professors in the U.K and overseas expect from you is independence in developing a personalised project, with purposeful research skills. There is a significant difference in educational and cultural environment which could be unfamiliar to international students. For example, “develop it ” is what students hear the most, in conversations with professors who usually could spend about 10 minutes a week in university classes. But the question is: what is a meaningful development? and how to do it? Also, in galleries, what should I learn from the art works and how should I link it to develop my own work? Isn't it a copy?
How are creative works with originality developed and created?
These requirements can only be equipped by learning how to use The Creative Making Process. British students are introduced to the application of this process before university, practice step by step to create their art projects and a portfolio. This creative process is a delicate, disciplined process and unique, not only in Asia and other continents but also in Europe. As pointed out by British academics, many international students have a hard time with this distinctive process and the transition needs appropriate support. But in reality, universities have difficulty providing ‘the systematic support' in the duration of their courses, one of the reasons is that the majority of the class is expected to be independent learners from the outset.
From insightful understanding, based on experience, No Frame offers focused programmes to help you to learn The Creative Making Process, for your smooth and successful progression to your choice of specialism, such as art, design, 3D, photography, film, fashion, architecture etc.
This is a key to open your authentic creative chamber and will help to thrive academically, develop your practice and become a valued member of your community and continuous growth in your future career.
